Meta keywords and description tags is output
In the case of the Home page.
“Tagline” is reflected set in “Setting > General Settings”.
In the case of Category or Tag or Custom Taxonomies
If the description has been entered in the category, its contents will be applied.
In the case of the Pages or Posts
You can change in the intended meta description tags contents.
Excerpt input content of edit screen to meta description tags content reflect, And It is output to html head tag.

「抜粋」欄に入力された内容を html head 内へ meta description タグとして表示します。
meta keyword タグを出力します
meta keyword タグに出力する内容を個別に設定できます。
機能を有効化すると、投稿画面に「Meta キーワード」を入力するボックスが追加されます。
ボックスに入力された内容を meta keyword タグ content として、html head タグ内へ出力します。
ボックスに入力された内容を html head 内へ meta keyword タグとして表示します。
